If you find yourself locked out of a module you need to do the following:
Send an email to Mrs. Frankmann (afrankmann@aurora-schools.org). In the subject line include your last name and the words "locked out". In the body of your email please include what module you are locked out of, your full computer login name (i.e. Christopher instead of Chris), and your 4 digit pin.
Wait patiently for a reply to your email. Although I will check my email several times most nights, there will be a few nights and a few Saturdays/Sundays where I will be unable to get to a computer. In almost any circumstance I will have you unlocked within 24 hours of receiving your email.
After your 3rd lock out, you will not be unlocked until you attend a mandatory conference with Aurora High School principal, Mike Roberto, who will revisit the goals of this program with you. So, the moral of the story is this: When you have been locked out twice, slow down, take your time, and think through the lesson carefully.
